My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from person-centred, art psychodynamic, gestalt, and existential ways of working. In practice, this means therapy is both about what is happening in the present moment, and gently making sense of how past experiences, including trauma, relationships, and meaning have shaped your life. At the centre of it all is a client-led approach — therapy moves at your pace, guided by what feels most important for you.

Sessions are 55 minutes and can take place online or in person. The focus is on creating a space that feels steady, supportive, where you can feel met with care and without judgement.

I have experience working with trauma and the ways it can impact how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. My aim is to offer a grounded and compassionate space where these experiences can be explored safely and at a pace that feels right for you.

I genuinely care about the work I do and feel privileged to support people through times that can feel heavy, uncertain, or confusing. My hope is to help you reconnect with yourself and move towards a way of living that feels more grounded, supported, and true to who you are
